If someone asks you, are you excited to tell them what you do or are working on?  Since it is the holiday season, friends and family will ask.

I hope so.  If not, you need to reflect – are you wasting your time?

There’s a way to get synergy and answer this question with excitement.  No matter where you work there’s a way to create a project where the excitement will elevate you to higher levels.  Yes, this may require nights and weekends; something that might make a difference is right around the corner.
